Babette is the sum total of the imagination, aptitude and experience of Flora and Silvia, the hosts who give their guests attention and care every day in the dining room and at the stove.

The kitchen is that of elegant invitations, of secret family recipes.
Shopping is done with passion and knowledge, you listen, you look, you smell. Then one chooses. Dishes are studied in detail, execution is punctilious.

Wines are judiciously selected, even those "house" or by the glass, and service is measured to be in harmony.

We try to keep the environment as quiet as possible and keep noise and confusion away. We love to be unobtrusive and do everything we can so that our clients can feel that they are in a place where they can talk and listen, in their own privacy.

Presence and discretion, intelligence and warmth. They still exist.
