Boffi

In 2015 Boffi and De Padova reached an agreement to integrate the two companies.

United in a shared vision that aims to create a totally integrated and complementary platform of design excellence: from bathrooms to beds and closets, from kitchens to upholstered furniture and complements. The deal will bring Boffi and De Padova to collaborate very closely in the development of a path of strong internationalization already undertaken for some time by both companies, with the aim of supporting "Italian know-how" in the world, forming a group with the capacity for widespread penetration, in the domestic and contract sectors.
